Website Performance Audit
Find what is costing your website revenuebefore you spend money rebuilding it.
A website audit and an AI visibility audit in one. HUREAL audits your website, inquiry journey, mobile performance, search visibility, AI visibility, accessibility, and competitors, and then ranks what should be fixed first.
Fix it internally, give the plan to another team, or ask HUREAL to implement it.
It diagnoses your website and customer journey. We confirm the scope, fee, and delivery date before you book.

What the websiteaudit covers.
Twelve checks in four groups. Each one gets a written finding and a place in the priority order.

What to fix first.
- A written finding per area
- Severity and impact
- The reasoning shown
01 Conversion
- Conversion friction. Where a visitor who wants to act gets stuck.
Check it yourself: complete your own most valuable action on your phone, one handed.
- Inquiry journey. Where an inquiry goes after it is sent, who owns it, and whether it reaches the CRM.
Check it yourself: send an inquiry through your own form and time the reply.
- Mobile experience. Forms, filters, booking, and checkout on a phone.
Check it yourself: try your checkout or booking standing up.
- Page speed. Measured on a mid-range phone on a cellular connection, on the pages strangers land on.
Check it yourself: load your busiest page on an older phone, away from office wifi.
02 Visibility
- Technical SEO. Whether the pages that matter can be crawled, read, and indexed.
Check it yourself: search your domain with the site: prefix and count what comes back.
- Search visibility. Where you appear for the searches your buyers make.
- AI visibility. Whether AI assistants and answer engines can read the site, and whether they name you.
Check it yourself: ask an assistant a question your site should answer.
- Content gaps. The questions buyers ask that nothing on the site answers.
03 Measurement
- Analytics setup. Whether the numbers you report are the numbers that happened.
- Tracking issues. Whether a click, a recorded conversion, and a report line are the same event.
Check it yourself: trace one real inquiry from the click to the report.
04 Standards and market
- Accessibility. Keyboard, screen reader, contrast, and reduced motion, tested against WCAG 2.2 AA.
Check it yourself: complete your main path with a keyboard and no mouse.
- Competitor benchmark. What comparable companies in your market do differently, and which of it matters. Named in your report, never on a public page.
What you receive.

Request the audit.
Tell us which site and what it should be doing. A person reads every request.
Questions about the audit.
-
How long does the audit take, and what does it cost?
We confirm the scope, fee, and delivery date before you book, before any work starts.
-
We did not build the site. Can you still audit it?
Yes, and that is the usual case. The audit looks at what the site does, not how it was made.
-
Do you need access to anything?
Most of it runs from outside with no access. Two areas are better with it: the inquiry journey and the analytics setup. Both are optional, and the report says which findings were made without access.
-
Will you tell us to rebuild?
Only where rebuilding costs less than repairing, and then you get the reasoning, not just the recommendation. Often most of a site is fine.
-
Do you promise an improvement?
No. What we commit to is the method: every area checked, a written finding for each, a priority order, and the reasoning shown so you can check it.
-
Is this the same as the Workflow Opportunity Sprint?
No. The audit diagnoses your website and customer journey. The Workflow Opportunity Sprint maps one internal process that keeps slowing your team down.
-
What if we want to build straight away?
Then the discovery call is the faster route: it leads to a written proposal with scope, price, and timeline.
