What we build

Four kinds of system, built to connect.

Customer-facing experiences, internal platforms, the connections between your systems, and AI that does real work across them. Start with the one closest to your problem.

Digital Experiencewhere customers act

  • Website
  • Online store
  • Mobile app

Business Platformswhere your team works

  • Customer portal
  • Dashboards
  • Custom application

Connected Operationswhat joins your systems

  • CRM
  • ERP
  • Accounting
  • Email
  • Industry system

AI & Intelligenceacross every layer

  • Reads
  • Checks
  • Records
  • Drafts

Human approvalA person decides what matters

Sample structure

Diagram: the four kinds of system as one. Websites, stores and apps at the edge where customers act; portals, dashboards and custom applications where your team works; integrations joining your CRM, ERP, accounting, email and industry system; and AI agents working across all three layers, reading, checking, recording and drafting, with a person approving what matters.

The four, and what sits under each.

Start fromwhat is happening.

Every one of these is something people say in a first conversation. Each goes to the page that answers it.

  1. “We look smaller than we are.”

    Start with Website redesign

    Why

The business has grown, the reputation is good, and the site is the last thing that has not caught up. Larger companies quote against you and win on looking established rather than on the work.

That is a Websites and Platforms job, and the part that matters is not the design. Every inquiry the new site earns arrives as a record with a source, an owner, and the time it landed.

  2. “We get traffic, and almost no leads.”

    Start with Website Performance Audit

    Why

People arrive. Nobody asks for anything. The analytics say the visits are real and the phone says they are not turning into work, and there is no obvious place to start.

This one starts with evidence rather than a build. The Website Performance Audit gives you a written report and a prioritized plan. If the plan turns out to be a rebuild, the findings go straight into its scope.

  3. “Nobody can find us, and AI assistants name somebody else.”

Start with Search and AI Visibility

    Why

You are on page three for the terms that matter, and when somebody asks an assistant who does this work in your area, it answers with a list you are not on. The two problems are related, and they are not the same problem.

Search and AI Visibility starts with whether AI crawlers can reach the site at all, which many sites block without knowing, and reports who gets named instead of you. No position is promised, and that page says why.

  4. “Customers phone us all day for things they could do themselves.”

Start with customer portals and booking

    Why

Order status. A copy of an invoice. Rebooking a visit. Every one of those calls has an answer that already exists in a system you own, and every one costs a person a train of thought.

The answer is a portal: customer portals and booking. It removes the call rather than handling it better, which costs less than handling it well.

  5. “Leads wait in the inbox until someone gets to them.”

    Start with Agentic operating systems

    Why

The quote went out on Tuesday. It is Friday. Nobody has chased it, because chasing is the first thing dropped in a busy week, and the customer has gone somewhere that replied.

Agentic operating systems read, record, and follow up on every inquiry, stopping where a person should decide. The smallest version is the Follow-Up module on the agent modules page.

  6. “Our systems do not talk to each other.”

    Start with Connected Operations

    Why

The order lives in one system, the invoice in another, the customer record in a third, and a person in the middle keeps all three honest by retyping. Everybody knows which spreadsheet holds it together.

Connected Operations is the page. What decides whether it holds is agreeing which system owns which field, written down before anything is connected.

  7. “We are expanding into a new market or a new language.”

    Start with multilingual websites

    Why

A new market brings its own language, its own expectations, and customers who can tell within a sentence whether something was written or translated.

This is multilingual websites: each language authored by somebody who writes it, from the same brief, including the forms, the errors, and the automated email.

  8. “We cannot hire fast enough, and candidates look at our website first.”

Start with corporate and marketing websites

    Why

The roles are open, the pay is competitive, and the candidates you want are deciding in seconds on a careers page that was built as an afterthought. Recruiting is a conversion problem in different clothes.

It is a corporate and marketing websites job: the roles as real pages rather than a PDF, and an application path that works on a phone.

  9. “Our developer left, and we do not have the passwords.”

    Start with Ongoing support

    Why

The site works until it does not. Nobody knows where it is hosted, who renews the domain, or what happens when the certificate expires on a Saturday.

Ongoing support is the page: monitoring, improvement on evidence, and a regular written report. The first job is getting the accounts, the domain, and the admin access into your name.

After launch

Ongoing support. Monitoring, improvement on evidence, and a regular written report, for systems HUREAL built and systems it did not.

Questions about what we build.

  • Which one do we need?

Usually the one that matches the sentence you would use to describe the problem, and the situations above are the fastest way to find it. If two of them fit, the answer is normally the smaller one first, because the second is simpler to build once the first exists.

  • Can we buy more than one?

Yes. The four are built to connect, so the accounts, the data model, and the connections from the first are already in place for the second. Each one still gets its own written scope.

  • What if what we want is not on this list?

Say so and you will get a direct answer. Some of what people ask for sits inside one of the four under a different name, some of it has its own page, and some of it is not something HUREAL builds. The third answer is given as readily as the first two.

  • Do you work on something you did not build?

Yes. That is what the Website Performance Audit is for, and improving an existing system is a normal engagement. Where rebuilding would cost less than repairing, you get the reasoning in writing rather than an assertion.

Start with the problem you need to solve.

I know what I need to build.
